Picked this '19 Z71 up last year, and just got done with the mods below. Fox 2.0's up front and shocks out back. Wayyy better than the stock suspension. Then put 275/70R18 Toyo ATIII's on. Clearance is fantastic up front now, gained nearly 4" total at the bumper. Had to do a little massaging to the front passenger fender liner with a heat gun, but now there is no rubbing at all.

Stock front strut (for now)
285/50/22 Toyo AT3

Ride is as expected with a slightly leveled IFS and bilstein 5100....great at normal to high speed, sharp and noticeable at low speed

Also did the Powerstop Z36 brake kit...huge improvement, first trip was 800 plus miles loaded down with a 6K trailer, return was unloaded and driven more sporty...
Brakes performed above expectations.

Do you have wheel spacers? And any rubbing?

No spacers...the ever so slightest rub on sway bar when holding the wheel cranked.

I could probably shift the sway to center it and have no issues...it only does it on a right turn...cranked hard and holding it.

Normal parking lot turns and driving don't even come close.

I am going for this exact look. However my shop can’t source the 305/55/20 at the moment. They do have the 33x12.50s in stock though. It seems it’s about a half inch wider of a tire.

Think I’ll run into any rubbing issues with the same 2.5”F / 1” R level?

20x9 +20 wheel.

i would be willing to bet, the 12.5 will rub.

however it will be of the slightest contact at these 2 points...
1. sway bar, generally this is shifted slightly to one side and rubs only at hard lock turns ( i mean holding the wheel tight to the side)
2. the inner fender liners near the front and rear edge ( they have ample room behind them to be pulled back and pinned with a heavy zip tie. ( drill 2 small holes about 1/4" to 1/2" apart, then insert the tie and connect another if needed to reach a stationary item to hold it in place)

So guys, I got a really good deal on a trade in and I never got around to installing my katzkin kit on my LS Custom. Apparently, I dont have enough post to post on another section on here. Thats fine. I understand why MODs have rules. Just wanted to let some of yall know incase in might be something some one was interested in.
