Mcgaughys 2" level kit in the rear, Tahoe 2017
rides smooth as silk now, before it was a chuck wagon.

I ordered new cutoff discs on Amazon and they are 3/64” thick. Sounds pretty thin. I know it’s probably not the best tool but if it will work then I was going to do that since I already had it. If it may be harder to do a good job then I’m fine borrowing ir buying the best tool for it.
I used my quarter sheet sander on it also to make it nice and flat, and get rid of any burrs left behind.

What did you have the fronts and rears height set at? I can’t decide if I want to level my Tahoe or just bump it up 1-1.5” all around. I don’t think the slight rake looks bad and I really just want a stock look just a tad taller and a larger tire. Has anyone done this?

Oscillating multi tool cut through mine easily. Sanded the edge smooth when finished.
I haven’t crawled under to look, is it one piece with the front bumper? I was hoping it was separate and attached somehow and could be removed.
