Slight chuggung

When Im on the highway and I am going over 70 mph it feels like my truck is kinda chugging. Im not sure if its the fuel filter or not but i'm gonna change it out anyways. Any ideas?

Have your misfire history checked for problems there first to see if it is one cylinder or more or none at all causing the chugging.

Get a scanner that can read gm enhanced perimeters or visit a shop with the proper equipment.
