slight clunking noise felt/heard through sterring wheel when turning

Has any one felt this from the steering wheel at low speeds like going into a drive way. I can feel and hear a faint clunking noise from the steering shaft. been doing it for years with no other issues, just strange......thanks

Yeah to let you know your question has been answered at least twice a week on here, its your Intermediate steering shaft.
You can buy a replacement for cheap at www.gmpartsdirect.com on the right side of the home page.
The issue is beyond common on the 00-06 models.
