sloppy shift handle

Hey guys my shift handle is sloppy
Is there anything i can do to resolve this

Sometimes the set screw can loosen up. Take the plastic cover off the collumn and tighten it up.

Possibly broken spring behind lever that applies the pressure to keep it in place. Remove cover as described & inspect/replace spring.
