Damn- I posted incriminating pics AND a confession! Hey @Matt06Yukon, this is what happens when you don't pay attention. There's not much slack in that vent hose, so you have to get the tank close to the cross member it rests against, then route that hose over it and continue lifting the tank into place. Don't forget to disconnect it before dropping the tank, either.

You can get an idea from the pic of where to look from the wheel well to see if it's pinched. If not, disconnect the tube from the EVAP canister to isolate the problem to that or the tank.

I'm kinda tuned in to evap issues, since I went through a *few* on my NBS, so I was paying attention when you posted your saga. I'm glad my lines don't have to run over any crossmembers!

Interesting. Ok, Thanks man, I'll definitely have to take a closer look. Its getting cold around here and the truck is gonna be hibernating for the winter. I should have plenty of time to check it out.
