Thanks...Just got off the phone with Wilwood...they recommended to try a 3/8-24 to -3an fitting instead of the M10-1 to -3an...well see if that works...not sure if GM would use a 3/8 hard line fitting...my last resort before i re-flare a new end on the stock line. that would suck in case i want to go back to stock .

Got the drivers side all figured out...the stock hard line fitting is so tight getting threaded into the wilwood fitting that you have to take the whole like out and make sure you drive it in straight. only way to do this was by placing it on the vice...so thats all done...took the pass side off and i had no luck...i cross threaded the stock fitting...now i have to find another hard line for the pass side of the axle...from what i understand they dont make these, so ill have to bend my own line...go figure...does anyone know if the hard lines are pieces that can be ordered from GM? these things dont hava a PN on them..

Maybe message fiatdale...I thought he could get his hands on GM parts or at least point you in the right direction

I ended up re-flaring the stock line on one end this morning....i am taking off the wilwood SS lines and replacing them with shorter 10" versions...the kit came with 12'', and they are too long and get in the way of the bump stop...after i bleed the system, hope she is all set to go.

I think somebody else had the same issue and it ended up being they sent the wrong lines. Maybe Phil?

That's what I thought at first too. So I ordered another kit from summit. Now I have two kits here from them. lol. Good thing wilwood has a detailed list of the part numbers used on their kits. I ordered the parts individually from summit but got the shorter lines instead of the 12". Purchasing parts separate also saves you about half the cost of the kit. Hope that helps someone out in the future by building your own.

Truck looks incredible! I can't wait to see it all put back together and some side shots!
