Does the update appear to have resolved your issues?
It resolve my AC and radio issues but....... Now for the first time, the radio doesn't output anything to the speakers. I can hear the clicks when pressing icons on the screen but no volume from any source including phone calls. If I turn the car off and on, it doesn't resolve the issue. I have to restart the radio in Safe Mode and that fixes it even after I restart the car. This has happened twice after one month of having the update performed. At least the rig starts tho -_-

Got the same letter just now in the mail. Called the local dealer and they said they have to reprogram the CAN gateway due to it potentially draining the battery during OTA updates.

Be careful with this one!
After my reprogram, I lost OnStar and WiFi modules. Took it back in. Dealer confirmed that recall work fried the modules.
Mine was the 4th one this advisor had seen. Best part...OnStar module is on backorder w/ no eta. Thanks GM!

What tipped you off to the fact that these things were fried with the update? (I’ll have to check whether it wiped out anything in my truck today— but nothing seemed overtly different in the drive back home.)
