SOLVED: Another misfire chasing threads (2008 express van)

Appreciate it. Would be the first time I’ve ever cracked an engine open for repairs. I’ve done direct engine swaps but never this

I've had a few older in lines and small block top ends apart, never an LS though they intimidate me. Not yet anyway lol.

Missed a vacuum hose on the top of the intake. Connected that last night.. So far no codes this morning
