Sound Deadening My 08 Tahoe

whats roughly the sq ft ill need? and if any of you spray foamed your pillars or anything, how many cans did you use? Any tips on the roof? mine vibrates really bad

I am about to do mine on the trunk area, it seems my exhaust system is to lound under low rpm's. Im using 16 sq/ft of sound deadener mat for the rear only + 150' aluminum tape
