Ok. So when I get in the Hoe it sounds like a computer is running. Kicking on and off. Maybe the nav unit? Is this normal? I figure with the key off just sitting in the seat it should be quite. OFF. I swear it sounds like my laptop fans and drive ramping up n down.

This is normal. It is the fan on the navigation system running. This will happen every time you open a door. If you get in and close the door, sit and listen, it should stop after a minute or two.
