Spare Tire

This one is from a Kia Optima. I don't remember if this came with the spare tire or was instead in place of.

Neither do the the GM hybrid SUVs. I bought one of their air pumps with that tire goo to air up the tires on my truck. Still have bottle jack and tools and also keep an old fashioned tire plug kit in all of our vehicles. All of my daughters know how to and have plugged a flat tire. I even had the pleasure of training up one of my city slicker nephews to plug tires too!

I keep a plug kit and compressor in The Beast since I can't carry a spare that's the same size as my other tires and if I was to drive on a normal size spare it would destroy my transfer case.

Probably not. The aftermarket sealants now say that they are "tire sensor safe."
