Squeaky noise coming from the outside of 2007 Escalade... what could it be?

Maybe tires are rubbing on metal?

The tires/rims are factory so I don't think it's a rubbing issue...

If it's just new brake pads those are cheap. If it's your wheel bearings/hubs it'll be about $200 but get Timken. They are a bit higher priced but good quality and will prevent you from having to do the job again in the near future :) You'll also need a 36mm socket for that job :) Both jobs are relatively simple, though.

My brake's still feel really good with the factory 22's and I don't notice a loss in stopping power or see any "brake dust"... I wish that WAS it so I don't have to replace the wheel bearings/hubs...

It's really not hard to do and requires just a few tools. It's just the part that is a little pricey for a good one....

Does anybody know the Timken part number? Rock Auto has Timken, Moog and SKF for $117-215 depending on application.

I have bought several things recently from Rock Auto and found their prices to be the best even after shipping charges and they ship quickly. The price to my door on 2 autoride shocks was actually cheaper than GMpartsdirect.com...by a few dollars and on my doorstep in 3 days.

Wow. Rock Auto has that Timken part number for $116.79 plus shipping. To my door in NC is $125. Even if it comes from the West coast, I could have it in 5 days. If it's not an emergency, I can wait several days to save $65-75.

It's a special order part at the Auto Zone closest to me.
