stability system disabled on 05 Tahoe

Newbie to this.....Please help, My wifes tahoe is displaying the ABS light and TC light, and she says its making noises when she turns. She also says that it will go off and on. Just wondering if its a connection problem or sensor? I am mechanically inclined but do not know where to start. Thanks in advance!

4x4 or 4x2? if 4x4 check your hubs when they go out they throw those codes sometimes, mine did when they went out
