It is half of a pork tenderloin I cut where I could roll it back up and stuffed it with cream cheese, bacon jam, dry bbq rub. Then rolled it back up and tied it together with butchers twine. Next wove some bacon like a pie crust like grandma would do. Sprinkled more dry rub on the outside and smoked it. When it was close I then added the wet sauce I make.I will trade you my rocker panel rust for your bumper rust! Nice bbq too, is that a bacon wrapped meatloaf in the middle? I like those.
(Yeah I like to cook) actually one of my buddy’s kinda popped off about me cooking more then building something is what started this whole fiasco! LoL
So now I’m going to do both but this hoe is way more expensive.
The other half of the pork tenderloin is whole and just rubbed and sauced.
Cooked 13lbs of pork tenderloin and 4lbs of homemade baked beans.
