So, thankfully, it's not your headgasket. Might have some oil getting through your rings possibly? Or maybe your pcv. How many miles?

I'm just spit balling. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in. I know there was a redesign for the driver side valve cover baffles due to excess oil consumption. That isn't very expensive.

Didn't you use a quart of ATF during that oil change? When does it smoke- at startup? When accelerating? All the time? After it has been running for a few minutes?

No atf, start up smokes, maybe at take off, when stop its there, ill watch better tomorrow

What color smoke?
White - antifreeze (likely bad head gasket)
Blue - oil - bad rings
Black - fuel - bad/stuck injectors, running too rich, etc.

To add to this, it may be easier to identify by smell:

"Sweet" - Antifreeze

"Kinda like diesel exhaust" - Oil

"Gasoline and charcoal" - Raw/unburnt fuel

Not questioning your intelligence, but many refer to vapor (steam) as "smoke". Verify that it is or isn't vapor. Also, it's normal for engines to blow water out of the exhaust right after startup which then produces vapor after the engine and exhaust is warmed up. This is more prevalent in cold weather.

Startup, deceleration or idle can be valve guides/seals.
WOT usually rings.

I had a V6 that every once a blue moon would consume all of its oil and then never lose a drop for another couple of years. Must've happened when all the ring gaps lined up or something.

Motor ran fine.
