at 200k, go old school and stay that way. dump the 0/30 and stick with 5/30 or even 10/30 conventional. castrol gtx is a good choice. throw a delco filter at it and hope for the best. no good deed go's unpunished, changed the oil and it starts smoking! welcome to being a mech! hope it works out.
