Steering not straight pulls to left

Hi steering not straight it pulls to left I have to hold it to keep it straight 158000 miles on truck

what (if anything) have you done to it recently? pulling could be a number of things: one wheel bearing getting tight, sloppy ball joints/tie rod ends, or even caused by the tires themselves as they wear. you could start troubleshooting by rotating the tires and driving the same roads you have been to see if there is a difference.
