steering pump pulley bracket in way of manifold

Yay! Drilled two small holes next to each other to make a slot. Hammered in a flat blade tip, screwed out enough to get my dremmel to make a bigger slot, bigger flat blade tip, screwed right out with my makita impact driver.. Now to clean and put all this crap back on.

I ended up getting the pulley removal tool from advance on loan cause the steering pump had to come off to remove the head..

Yes i made a dash mark, but used my impact driver with a flat head tip. Came right out.
All put back in.. I messed up and cleaned off the mark I had on the intake manifold for my distributor rotor location. Lol. Its dead on now.. Runs like a top minus I have an exhaust leak at the gasket right after the manifold. Damn exhaust leaks

That thing was probably 40 lbs. Not too bad.
Good point on the hose. I have something for that. Foam sticky tape.
