Where did you find the steering wheel at?! I want one so badly! I wish I knew a place to install it... What about any body shop? They usually can do that because they can when an airbag id deployed.

I don't have the correct tools an I've herd the airbag requires a special tool I called a place the installs steering colums an he quoted me $20 can that be right when the dealership is asking $200 is it possible for him to not realize the gmc steering wheel installation is more difficult then any other car or requires some type of special tool or reprograming that requires mote labor??? Or is the dealership that much of a rip off?? I don't want to get the steering wheel an have to end up paying $200 for the installation

You can absolutely do this yourself! I can help. All you need is a steering wheel puller and a small screwdriver, nothing special about it at all. You can get a puller from any parts store for about $10 bucks. Let me know if you want to give it a try. I can walk you through it. Please don't pay someone else to do this. It really is super simple!
