Hey guys, i have a 96 2door yukon, i want to change my steering wheel cuz i just hate it (dont ask why i just do :p)... Well honestly speeking the previouse owner of the car i think he was trying out his new knife or something cuz there are scratch marks everywhere and i cant seem to cleen the dirt thats in those scratches. So i just want to get rid of it.

My question is, i want to put in a newer looking steering wheel, maybe NBS?
Not sure which steering wheel right now but for sure its off of the yukon tahoe generations. So has anyone done that before? Which steering wheels can i fit there whithout much trouble?

s10 wheel works. And you ca change the clock spring and have steering wheel control buttons that you can interface to an aftermarket radio

99-02 will work, you will need to splice the airbag wires. 03-07 has a different spline count.

No idea on a NNBS.

fuaadow, yours has a really big airbag in it right, takes up most of the center? '98's and up (iirc) have a smaller airbag that makes it look more like a non-airbag wheel. That'll fit fine. I think the nnbs, if they fit, would look a little out of place in our trucks.

Guys sorry for the stupid question, what is NNBS?

If by this u mean NBS then i know ur talking about the next generation of tahoe yukon after my model. And yes i dont mind the NBS wheel at all... I really love how they look smaller or way smaller compared to mine... If i could fit it into my yukon ill be very very glad!

If u guys can help me by either showing me a thread of someone who did it! Or just tell me what exactly to do! I just hope there isnt much fabricating!

Thx for ur help guys
