2021 Tahoe Z71. Looking to purchase. There is a strange noise that happens randomly when the Start/stop ignition is pressed. Did not happen at all when we test drove the first time. Last week we test drove again and we heard the noise. It sounds almost mechanical like something is trying to do something. Does not happen every time. The pre owned car dealer is telling us it is normal. This is the 3rd Tahoe we have test driven and never heard this noise. It’s consistent in sound each time. The truck starts with no problem.
Anyone experience this? Is it a possible issue down the line? We told them last week it needed to be fixed but now they are saying it is normal.
