Also, it doesn't do it when the car is jacked up. It's only under load. Splash shields are pitted and rusty but not misshapen. Like in said, I'll change the bearings anyways because it's can't hurt.

You know you are gonna have to pull the axle to get to the wheel bearings, right?

Clarification: I don't have a FB, and I have any/all associated services with facebook blocked at my router. I can't watch it.

the tl;dr of it is they touched my ****** and I won't interact with them ever again. A hard line has been drawn

Totally forgot to update this. It WAS the wheel bearing. Never heard one sound like that, but I replaced them both and the sound is gone.
