New brake pads, new rotors, new calipers, parking brakes removed. It was doing this before the brake work. Still doing it. No brakes were applied during the video.

TYF doesn't host videos. Use YouTube or some other host and post the link to it.

calipers tend to spread some times. so the pads are not sitting flush to the rotor, so the pad could be cocked a bit and dragging.

if your not finding anything out of true, take the caliper off shim some wood between the pads hang it out the way and put the wheel back on and see if the sound is still there. dont drive it, just like you are in the vid. wood in-between the pads keeps them from opening up the pistons to far and blowing them out. then you got a mess. you will have to push the pistons back in to re install the caliper if you touched the brakes. but if you need to at least you can stop.

It's brand spanking new calipers and rotors and pads though. Noise was there before replacement too. Could this be a wheel bearing?

That's possible...

Jack the car, turn the wheel and feel if there is resistance and you can put something next to the wheel, to look if the wheel is out of center or wobble.

And wiggle the wheel to feel if there is play in the wheel bearing.

I didn't feel much play in the bearing but it did not make the noise while jacked up. It only makes it under weight. That tells me it's probably the bearing. Also there is a bit if resistance

In the begining of a failure wheel bearings mostly only make noise under weight and feel good when turned on jack...

So it is likely that you have a problem with the bearing...

Defnitely sounds like a bearing but the resonant frequency does not sound like it is traveling through steel. Its sounds like it is traveling through aluminum. Check your U joints.

The tire is turning well less than a quarter turn everytime it squeaks. That leads me to believe it is not the axle bearing since they typically get pitted in a certain spot or area and that would require a complete revolution of the tire(axle) to make the squeak. Not a fraction of complete wheel rotation.
