Took my truck in this morning to get the software update, no noise there, no noise on the way home. Been home for 3-4 hours and the noise occured slightly, been trying to recreate problem, and now i can't recreate it while recording, going wait a hour or 2 to see if it'll do it again.

Mine has been in and out over 8 times for this problem. It's still there right now. This happened to mine AFTER I got the motor replaced. They've replaced the a/c compressor 3 times now and now the condensor and tubes...they said it still has a "slight" noise to it. This isn't okay in my book, it doesn't make sense why it would keep doing it.

That is disappointing. I just paid $140 for them to reprogram the PCM in hopes of "fixing". Now I may consider trading my yukon for something else.

Any chance you had your a/c system evacuated then recharged? If so, did help at all?

Hi cooljoe51,

I apologize that you are having difficulty getting your concerns resolved, and I can definitely understand how taking your vehicle in to the dealership multiple times would be frustrating. If you would like an additional layer of assistance in contacting your dealership, please send us a PM with your VIN, mileage, contact information, and involved dealership.

Sincerely,

Alison B.

Hi ritzz,

I’m sorry to see you are disappointed with your Yukon, and that is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. I can certainly understand your frustration also, and I’d be happy to offer an extra set of eyes if you would like. Just send us a PM also with your VIN, contact information, mileage, and involved dealership. Thanks, and I hope to hear from you soon!
