I see people asking different questions, about the same thing, and In the effort to try to answer this in one thread I'm going to try to list this proacitvely. This is about the three areas in the GMT820 (SHORT WHEELBASE) where you can mount a subwoofer without losing any cargo space behind the 2nd row. Those three locations are: The drivers side rear panel, under the second row seat, and the third place is in the center console. (I do know that somebody actually cut up the body to mount under the floorboard, but if you can do that, you don't need this thread).
FIRST AREA: Rear panel on the drivers side. On 01-02 NBS, there was a factory subwoofer option for an 8" subwoofer. This will fit in all years, you just need to move the mount. Here is the best thread I know of that will discuss what will fit in the factory enclosure.

Later on it was moved, and the only mass produced enclosure (that I know of), is the MTX thunderform. They are incredibly rare to find. If you go to the Man Mall/junk yard, take a quick peek for one, and you might get lucky..
Your last option for this location is to make a custom box. Here are a couple threads that should at least give you enough of an idea.

SECOND AREA: Under the 2nd row seat. There are several options.
The Q-logic single 10"

(This link shows this product will also work on NNBS crew cabs. Whether NNBS crew cab boxes can be used on NBS 2nd rows or not, is not something I know, but would be REALLY helpful if we did. If so that's going to add a lot of options).

Supercrewsound.com 8" or 10" with your choice of carpet color. (I have used them before, great customer service, and they did a custom box (2" thinner) with custom cuts so I could put it in a reg cab and have the seats go ALL the way back. They are the ones that build the box, not just a middle man.

BrightStarCarAudio (most of the options you will see on ebay).
Dual 8" or 10" black or charcoal carpet.

Single 8", 10" or (the only one I know of that's) 12" with black or charcoal carpet

Now, I am sure there are more options on Amazon or Ebay, but this is what I have in my information, and I'm not searching endlessly.
THIRD AREA: STEALTH, inside the center console. In 2003-2006, Bose moved the subwoofer to the center console. Its a smaller subwoofer, and unless you already have a nice sub that fits, and you're on a budget, you can do better.
The other main option is the JL Audio stealthbox. Unless you find a used one that's empty, it comes loaded with a $300 JL Audio 10" W3v3 (which is a very nice subwoofer, one of the most powerful SLIM subs you will find). This is definitely the most expensive option you will find at over $600.

There are always custom made down firing boxes that could be installed here too. I am not trying to give every option possible, just to give you a good start, and a little more than the basic information to help you on your way. If people choose to add on to it, GREAT.
You will notice on the rear panel area threads there were a couple people who said they would custom build them for a decent price, but the two I have messaged to inquire about them, have not responded to me, nor have they have been on here in a while.
