I have a 2019 Yukon 6.2 with Callaway SC and just crossed 53K miles. I've towed a couple times with it for about 250 miles each time. Of course the torque is awesome and no issues with power or hills. The one thing I would recommend with a heavy load is to put the transmission in manual mode and pick a gear that feels good with your load and speed. The GM transmission is always seeking the lowest possible gear and my mechanical empathy didn't like the engine lugging with a heavy load and boost. In my case 2300 to 2500 RPM felt right.
