So I've been tossing around the idea of purchasing a program for my cheapo tablet to monitor the Hoe, since she's our only vehicle now after selling the gs. My question is has anyone does this on the forum? Also would it be worth it or would i be better off just buying a ODB II ? I know with my gs there was a lot of programs out there for scanning and what not and i figured if i can convince my fiance to allow me to do the BBT than this would be a great addition =)

Thanks in advanced for the info.

unknown at this time.
it really depends on the interface your computer or tablet device has available. I purchased this one and got ScanXL Pro with the gm package add on. My laptop which will eventually find a permanent home in the truck has usb and Wi-Fi availability so I could have gone with a Wi-Fi unit as well. It just depends on your current and future expansion plans are. I chose USB because of it expandability and that leaves the Wi-Fi open for a future plan of mine.
