Your RPO says Z55? I can see it on the lower left hand side
I got the rear shocks installed at the same time which says “Z55” and they’ve been perfect. As for the front struts, RA doesn’t say anything about Z55 on the OEM parts descriptions, it shows those other RPO codes, so that’s why I matched it with 6B4 & 7B4 code.

Well it wouldn’t be the first time a part store is wrong..

I would call a GM dealer and ask for the correct p/n for your vehicle if you haven’t done that yet..

Was freaking out for bit in case I had bought the wrong part. My local dealer closes in 15 mins. Gave them a call, gave them the VIN and they gave me the part number and it matches the one I had bought (19420493).

@Galactic23, what did you end up doing? I need from struts for my 2010 Tahoe LTZ with z55.
I did the warranty with RockAuto (GM Struts 19420493) dropped off my old struts yesterday at FedEx. You should call the dealer give them your vin to make sure which struts your truck uses. I got my new struts installed 2 days ago, mechanic struggled a bit with driver side strut because they were “frozen”; which it’s still crazy I really got 2 faulty struts at first. I no longer get the “Service Suspension System” on the dash at start up, and ride feels good.

What all did you buy new and what did you reuse?

So I bought both of my rear shocks (GM 5801093), both the front struts (GM 19420493) and reused everything from the old struts except for the suspension strut bumper and bought two of them on amazon (GM 84157475).

I will be doing the same. Were there any other parts you wished you had swapped out?

When I did this swap I went round and round about getting the strut spring combo since I was doing the work. I ended up getting just struts and borrowing a compressor from Advance.

In addition to the strut, what other parts for the strut did you change?
