Tahoe threw a code

this damn thing is about to drive me nuts I replaced the spark plug wires and smelled antifreeze and there was antifreeze on the coil on the passenger side with the heater hoses needless to say the junk is broke so um anyone know what this fitting is called and where I can get one? The whole thing is broke the quiconnect and all I'm pretty fed up with it. Why would they make these stupid things plastic

Yeah unfortunately it's the one with that T fitting
