At first they would not respond. Don’t know what I did to change that.
I’m ready to throw this ******* thing in a trash compactor. Damn thing will not read candi no matter what. It did at first.

How long have you had it? I assume you’ve seated the connectors firmly a few times?

I received my Tech2 from chinacardiags a couple a weeks ago. I noticed the DLC cable connector would not completely seat into the VCI connector. The cable connector has a molded boss that locks the VCI latching lever. I had to trim the boss on cable connector to clear the VCI latch.

Good idea. I would intercept it hitting the trash if shipping was reasonable. Sounds like it’s kind of jacked up tho.
@Sparksalot shoot me a pm if you are seriously considering tossing it. Maybe we can work out an agreement and end up with a fully functional unit. Between the two of us.
