Hey guys got my hands on a tech 2, to get an understanding on idle surging and stalling with this motor.Some of you know the story of this. BTW I did the 411 swap and it went very well. I'll post some pics soon. However, this helped a little with the idle issue.

I have some values that maybe someone can take a look at. Engine idle 680.

Baro 101 kpa
Loop Closed
MAP sensor 38 kpa
MAF Sensor 8.80 g/s
Desired IAC Airflow 2.74 g/s

TR Sw Park
TFP Sw Park/Nuetral
Current Gear 1 (the truck was in park, this looks wrong to me but may be a base line?)

Any other values that my help, please let me know.

A decent scanner that is not a tech 2 could have pulled that. Nothing really abnormal about readings. I would suggest looking for a vacuum leak.

I agree on the vacuum leak but there is none... i give up

When you are watching this live data is the IAC value changing in sync with surging?

I'll have to run that test later, but when it is surging and I unplug the IAC, the surging stops.

Then the IAC is reacting to a iffy reading from a barometric change in manifold vacuum or air flow or fuel mixture. When testing again find out what else shows significant changes in it variables when surging and list them here please.
