Went to a Veterans Day Parade today and it was great. I was USAF 1980-1985.

I'm helping to bring in the next generation with two 10yr old boys in Navy League Cadets. They spent hours Wed night polishing their boots and hats.

Thanks to our Veterans ,,,,

It's great to see the well wishes for all of our Service Members .
You better believe the Women Soldiers are tough . They have the same traing as men when it comes to A.I.T. Being smaller they have to think smarter and get their job done .

When 9/11 happened I wanted back in so bad I , but there is no way they can take me , my neighbor was Viet Nam Vet from the Navy , he was 50+ and even he wanted in on this . They've recalled 60+ year old who was a Dentist maybe a Orthodontist , away he went !

So I admire these young people , who for ever what reason raised their right hand to take the oath without a draft .
Says' alot for Integrity and honor . Alot probably said WTF DID I DO ?!

It's a good life depending on your Branch of Service and your Military Skill .
My heart and my hat goes out to them .
