Why not just buy a used set of the base tahoe/yukon mirrors already painted white to achieve that?
A lot cheaper, don't have to paint anything, and no need to sacrifice collector's item esky mirrors.

My Denali mirrors have all that and the colormatched caps.
Wouldn't it be easier to get a set like mine in plain white?

Btw, you'd have to paint the sails as well to avoid having three colors in one mirror.

im half tempted to take a set of Escalade mirrors and paint the chrome parts flat black and the mirror caps white...
