Glad to help spend OPM.I can’t tell how much I appreciate you pointing out another gadget I need to buy.
I am guessing that’s for K9 cooling? Or did you have another reason?
I haven't encountered that yet. I'm thinking along the lines of a trip long enough, I need to step into a grocery store for more steaks and dog food. The fridge is still limited on space.Yeah, that’s a thing for us too.
The other problem we’ve encountered is places with too much intrusive regulation. Some places treat dogs just like children and they’ll burn you for an unattended dog, even in a vehicle running with climate control. We’ve come back to find passers by stalking our vehicle. Usually some misguided animal lover.
Once we were sitting in a restaurant, watching the vehicle through the window. Plus I had a two way radio with VOX in the truck so we know if the dogs get agitated. Dogs start raising hell, I look out to see the animal control officer watching my truck. He’s parked next to it. Dogs are smart enough to know he’s not acting like people normally do. If I hadn’t been right there to head that off it could have been ugly.
