I can’t remember where I saw the inspiration, but found these pretty inexpensive. They’re from Rod Louvers, and well stamped.

Came stock to let under hood heat escape.

Measure once, cut 14 times!

Actually, measure a LOT, then drill 14 holes one time.

Then, don’t measure a thing and just drill away!

Or, make a template of the installed piece, and flip it.

Well, there goes the resale value!

A rivnut will go at the rear inside corner to hold that area tight.

My plan has been to paint them White to blend in. Somebody looking will see them, but the average person won’t.
