Great idea. I find that working on the F-Body makes me appreciate the Tahoe even more. Just replaced spark plugs on the Camaro and it took over 8 hours to change them out. At least on the Tahoe I can see the plugs without a mirror. lol
There is a little trick to breaking loose some stuborn bolts. Try Hoppe's #9 gun solvent. A lot of times it works better than penatrating oil.

Don't do it. I don't have rust, yet.. but I have had just about every other problem. Consider yourself lucky if your only problem is rust. Keep it till the frame rusts apart.. Then part it out
