Oh man so after a 6 month wait, I go to pick my truck up today and it has captains chairs instead of the bench I ordered for the second row. Pretty upset as I have 3 babies still all under 2 years old and really wanted the bench seat. Can’t wait 6 months though again, what great luck I have.

I have 4, all 6yrs and under and the captains seats are fantastic. Wait until they move around a bit and you'll appreciate having them.

Just had order accepted today for 2023 high country with deluxe package and rear media, 6.2, couldn’t get the diesel unless it was a RST or LT. Make it make sense GM!

Seems like the chat advisors are hell bent on not providing event codes anymore. They seem to be regurgitating the same thing the bot provides along with an explanation that providing codes doesn't provide value to the customer and can cause confusion. Regardless, my order was produced on 9/13, hopefully it makes it out of the factory before any strikes go down...

Took delivery of my wifes 2023 volcanic red Denali XL today from a smaller dealer in here in Mt.
Timeline
Memorial Day - put deposit down/awaiting allocation. Told maybe by Xmas.
Early August - Dealer got allocation and ordered.
TPW - Week of 8/28
Delivery to Us -9/22 That is a lot of distance pdq.
Ton of respect for those working in that economic powerhouse/plant in Arlington. They are cranking out and delivering cars at high levels in these tough times. Dallas Morning News reported GM makes 35%! of its profits from that one plant.

8/28 - Deposit placed, was told order would be submitted 1st week of September
9/14 - Order accepted by GM
10/3 - Dealer called and said we hit code 3000, I messaged GM Chat and was told TPW of 10/23
