Did all my research last night at about 2AM, and man it was worth it.

Picked up a Flowmaster 40-Series Muffler from pep boys for $90

Installed at my muffler shop for $30

And from my old "mod", there is a big difference.

The ride actually feels smoother, and it feels like I've gained some power in the throttle.

will put up vids tomorrow, of old and new.

Check my old mod lol

So, I am just kind of wondering why there is a square cut in the muffler in the first pic? I'm guessing to produce a cheap, loud, and throaty exhaust system?

when i first heard it start up i was like "oh my god I cant even hear it" and then the guy backed it out of his shop and it blew me away.

I also did plan on dual exhaust and a 40 or 50 dual, but that woulda been way to expensive.
