one thing tho has the seller done a lot of these that you can verify if not i would probably try one from cfm tech instead. i did get mine from jantzers and it did come with new bearings as well as repainted. besides the sided by side photo in the ebay one looked doctored on the left side.
I was trying to get ahold of cfm-tech to order their throttle plate and couldn't get a response via phone or email; so for me it was irrelevant if they have a superior product since I couldn't get ahold of them. Hopefully it will work out well. If not I can always put the stock one back on.
