I cleaned mine after doing the sea foam spray that uses the straw that your put in the air intake before tb. I too had issues with high idle even after driving for 30 minutes around highway speeds. Did multiple relearns. Eventually by the next day after using it it was getting better then back to normal. Just drive it.
