any suggestions on which one to use? 99 hoe, stock 5.7. Is it difficult to do get it on?

Don't waste your money. They do absolutely nothing for your engine.

yup..just as good as a paper weight..your fuel is injected after the throttle body, its not like a TBI or carb engine where the spacer actually spaces the fuel and air mixture out...worthless
