Through body exhuast?

80's chevy vans exhaust came out under body but right under fuel fill....or was it dodges.....one of those came from factory like that....

Just so you guys know, i like adding my 2cents every once and a while.........:D

Wouldn't get hot enough to catch fire.
I wouldn't want to be the one to prove you wrong. My main concern would be refueling. Most cars route the exhaust opposite the fuel door or to the rear for a reason.

And I had an older Camaro with a fuel filler behind the license plate. Some things just weren't well thought out.

Wait a minute, i miss the days where the the plate was on springs ......didnt Think about what side tank was on did ya?

I'll admit I was always right when I pulled to the pump lol. Just glad it didn't get rear ended.

Not necessarily through body, but it's pulled up into the body a bit. May help with the modification.. You will have to move some wiring that is mounted above the exhaust tip if you plan to take the cutout higher though, just keep that in mind.
