That video was not mine but cold start oil pressure is at about 40. Once it is warm and idling it is at about 20. Truck has 209k on it.

Rod or bearing maybe.

Hope not

But would the rockers make noise only after it got warmed up?

unknown at this time.
if it sound like that video it is a bad rod bearing. especially if it goes away mostly when you pull the effected cylinders spark wire.

Could checking the compression help determine if it is a rod bearing. Wouldn't that cylinder be lower?

What would be the best way to figure out which one it is just pull them one at a time then put it back pull the next and so on?

Just curious but why would disconnecting the wire tell if the rod bearing is bad even though the piston would still be moving with the rest? Relief of pressure from firing?

Damn, so if it turns out to be a bad rod bearing my hoe is definitely getting a big engine upgrade in the future!

Same here, I'd like to wait a bit longer before doing a total overhaul on the Hoe. One thing is certain though, Ill overhaul it ten times before I ever dream of getting a different truck. Let me know what you find out
