How can I make my taillights look like this? Window tint or some kind of spray paint?

you can run VHT nite-shades or the better way would be to tint some auto clear with back and spray them. this will last longer and give you a better finish

vht gets its gloss from the product its self. unfortunately you would haft to put a lot of it on the lens for it to build a gloss on its own, then the light would be to dark. you could always clear over the vht to give it more gloss....... if u want to see what it would look like if you had them painted professionally u can click the link in my sig. my lights are just as shiny as any other painted surface.

Personally I hate tinted taillights... can't see people break lights in front of me when they use that spray tint crap! If u want sweet tailights get black housing tailights. Mine were $56.go to eBay and type in Tahoe black taillights and sort cheapest first and around $50 they start to pop up and you will have a few options. Cheap and looks great and most of all other drivers can see when I use my brake.

this is the biggest problem with using the VHT I can get 2 dark really quick

Or you can vinyl wrap them
