Tinted windshield?

I have Airblue 80 on my front and I love it. Not noticeable, but cuts heat by 43% and visible light by 20%. I recommend it.

I have 70% on the windshield and 20% on the rest. It works out great. Blocks a lot of sun and interior light but doesn't "look" tinted.

so reading trough this tread, some of you have double layered tint??? I do want darker tint on mine but dont want to pay the extra to remove old tint... is there any issue with tinting over older tint???

I have 15% over rear factory tint. Looks limo in the back with no issues. Front doors I would strip any tint first..i think the rear is just tinted glass. I had 15% on the front but wouldn't pass inspection so off it went..rocking 30-35% up front now..looks horrible.. hence the questions about tinting the windshield..

You can put tint over tint...just had my windshield done w 35%....made the sides I previously had done at 20% (to match the rear factory) 'LOOK' darker - almost limo dark looking after tinting the windshield! I personally LOVE it....I probably should have only used 50% on the windshield but the 35% definitely gave me the look I was after all the way around! And doesn't look 'too' dark inside looking out at night w the headlights on.

Not to mention it dramatically cut down the heat in the vehicle during hot sunny days and basically no need for sun visors any longer!

35 in the front, 20 on the sides on the yukon...what 35 will do compared to the old lady car to the right...

also in az its not legal yer only allowed to do the top section
and you wont find a shop here that will do it if they do itll be off the books meaning no warranty no receipt nothing and if you somehow have it done when cop pulls you over hell put a big x with a exacto knife through it

LOL!! It's not " legal" in any state. Of course it's a cash only job.
