I’ve got Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S tires on mine. They also have an LT version as well if you plan on towing.
I’ve had the first iteration (just AT3) on my other vehicle for ~40k and I’m somewhere around 40% tread remaining so I’m hoping the new tire will last as long. They are quiet on the road and balanced easily for me.

I went with the new coopers over the defenders because of cost and my personal experiences with Cooper tires. That said, the defenders were my [very, very] close #2 option.

As far as I know they do not make the AT3 in our size. I assume you are running 20's?

I am not running 20’s, sorry for the confusion.
I looked up the AT3 4S on Coopers website and they offer the following sizes in a 20” wheel:
275/60R20
275/55R20
265/50R20

Just to help clarify the Cooper options above, the tire size with the OEM 20” wheels are 275/55R20
