Tires for 2015 GMC Yukon xl

imnsure this question has been asked a million times? What is the biggest tire I can go with the stock 22" rims? Looking at the 305 40 22 or the 305 45 22 nitro terra grapplers. Which one of these two will work for me. TIA!!

To do the 305/45 you will need a lift or leveling kit. I did the 2.5" leveling and put them on and couldn't be happier.
