What's next for it?dont be to much jelly, im 28k deep in this car now. needs another 6-7 k to be done.
What's next for it?
Nice!a 3k stall converter in the next couple weeks, then start saving again for a pro charger. i had a ECS big blower cam installed, what they call it. at east coast supercharging. i have the specs. so that got rid of the dod bs, next big $ step is the boost. it dyno'ed at 443, so figure 600 plus with boost.
X2!I'M SO JEALOUS!!
I'd hope for over 750 but I'm always after more powera 3k stall converter in the next couple weeks, then start saving again for a pro charger. i had a ECS big blower cam installed, what they call it. at east coast supercharging. i have the specs. so that got rid of the dod bs, next big $ step is the boost. it dyno'ed at 443, so figure 600 plus with boost.

And beat of those pesky stoplight to stoplight 5.slows!750 is do able. just cost more money lol its likely gonna be the ecs 1500. and its at like 650 whp that you really start to break stuff. i just want a fun car to drive and drag race a couple times a year.
I would definitely replace them because they WILL break if they’re original. Get ARP ones, they won’t break and they don’t cost much. Good insurance. Have you started buying parts yet?I finally checked the motor out--doesn't look bad at all. Funny--no broken exhaust manifold bolts! That's a 1st! And they look original too.
Def replacing those. I haven't bought anything yet.I would definitely replace them because they WILL break if they’re original. Get ARP ones, they won’t break and they don’t cost much. Good insurance. Have you started buying parts yet?
