Hat to reorder the knock sensors. Got some Delphis.
Didn’t you buy the whole set with the timing gears?
Edit: I’m pretty sure this is the set I bought. I know it was the hex-a-just set and single roller. The pic in this is wrong, it shows a double roller.https://www.texas-speed.com/p-3926-...timing-set-includes-z06-chain-3-bolt-cam.aspx

Honestly, I was going to, but I didn't want him messing with anything more then what was needed. I could always do it later on. I figured it was a good chain, hopefully better then oe. Plus I didn't know if it was a 2 or 3 bolt cam in there already.

He has to put a gear on the cam anyway so all he would need to do is the crank gear. 3 bolt cam. But you should be ok reusing the gears. Were they replaced last time?

On the motor in there now? Don't think so. I know the chain was.client_PART_1508895312562_IMAG1609.jpg
This is what was originally done to the 1st 6.0.

Well then I would have gone with the whole set since you’re in there. You don’t need a sloppy timing set. You should ask your buddy for his recommendation on this. How many miles on this engine that’s going in?
